Veggie-Nut Loaf
VEGGIE-NUT LOAF
MAKE a basic seed and nut pate by homogenizing:
– 2 cups of sunflower seeds
– 1 cup of almonds
– 1/4 cup of brown sesame seeds that have been soaked overnight.
GRATE (or CHOP)
– 1/2 cup each of carrots, parsley, shallots, almonds, pumpkin seeds – 1/4 cup of <dulse>.
Mix all ingredients together very well with a fork or with your hands, and form into a loaf dish. Serve immediately, or if you wand a dryer texture dehydrate loaf.
