UN-Chicken Noodle Soup
BLEND
– 2 c. water
– 1/2 c. shredded coconut for 1-2 minutes
– Add 2 c. chopped celery
– 2 T. Bragg’s
– 1 clove garlic
– pepper to taste, if desired.
GRATE
– 1 medium carrot
– 1/4 bunch parsley
– 2 medium size potatoes
Add grated ingredients to blended mixture and add sliced mushrooms, if desired. Enjoy!!
