Thank you for doing the business that you do, the way you do. I was in the store last week while visiting NYC and really appreciated such an established outlet for raw food and health education. More importantly, I was especially grateful for conversation with Dagger, the owner. Thank you, Bob, for being yet another normal and cool raw foodist I will remember. Extremes attract many different kinds of people and I appreciate your center among the chaos.
