Dagger, I learned so much from our conversation – what foods I need to eat in order to fulfill my vitamin, mineral, and protein needs and some healthy delicious recipes. Your recommendations of supplements and how to use them; what raw food staples I can use in my recipes and salads; and general information of what to eat for helping my body function more efficiently. And last but not least, our conversation gave me more courage to trust my intuition about the choices of food I make – whether at home, at a restaurant or at a social function. I am looking forward to learning more about this new living program.
