(adapted from The Body Ecology Diet by Donna Gates) 1 cup water 1-3 liquid stevia or pinch stevia powder 1 T probiotic powder (like <Kefir Starter>) 1 t vanilla extract (alcohol-free) 1 t lecithin granules (opt.) Puree all ingredients in a blender or shake in a jar.
BLEND – 2 lemons – large handful sunflower sprouts – 1-2 tbs coconut butter – 6-8 dates – maple syrup to taste – water Blend all of the ingredients to desired thickness, and enjoy!! Both the lemonade powerhouse and the ambrosia are great alkalizing and muscle building drinks!
