Shipping and Handling
High Vibe will ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours (weekday) of receipt. (Unless we are out of stock of some key items. We will either call and or e mail you with substitutes or if you would like us to wait and ship all together.) Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.
USA Orders :
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order trackable and insured by Fed Ex. Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to have your order sent to a PO Box, you must call in to order at 1-888 554 6645 as we do not currently offer US Postal Service shipping options on the web.
For security and liability reasons, all orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or the Virgin Islands must be shipped UPS Second Day Air. Items that state Free shipping to the 48 USA states do not include Hawaii , Alaska , Guam, or the Virgin Islands . There are some items that aren’t covered by the free shipping and might not be stated. When this occurs we just add the shipping charge for those items and the rest is not included in the shipping charge. Some excluded items are Zana Juice, frozen items (E3 live), perishable items.
Canada Orders :
Since your order will be shipped outside the U.S. , you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. High Vibe is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country’s customs policies prior to ordering.
Recycled Packaging:
In keeping with our mission to clean up the planet, we only reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse we never by additional ones.
