Quinoa Tabouleh
COMBINE
– 1/4 cup sprouted quinoa
– 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
– 2 Tbsp <Nama Shoyu>
– 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
– 1/2 cup fresh mint
– 1/4 cup diced burdock
– 1/4 cup diced cucumber
– 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1 Tbsp each: minced garlic, jalapeno, & ginger
– 1/2 cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Serves 4 as an appetizer.
