Our patient blending of two super-berries from Patagonia and the Andes elevates their sweet and complex flavor perfectly above a creamy almond butter and coconut palm sugar base. Loaded with anti-oxidants and nutrients, these Jems are packed for high-adventure!
Raw Sprouted Almonds: soaked in pink himalayan salt crystals then dehydrated at low temperature to insure the nutritional integrity.
Maqui Berry-(ma-kee)- This small purple berry grows in the Patagonia region of Chile. We have chosen to blend this “jem of the earth”, super berry in our Almond butter for its extremely high antioxidant quality, specifically the well known anti ageing flavonoids,( anthocyanins) and its mild tart flavor.
Camu Camu berry- (Ka-moo) This “jem of the earth” was harvested in Peru and was selected by our team because of its nutrient dense qualities. Camu is very high in Vitamin C and loaded with antioxidants, bioflavonoids, amino acids, and beta carotene. Camu camu is a bitter berry so you may get that bitter kick at the end, go with it, and feel the benefits.
Lucuma (loo-ku-mah)- This sweet fruit grown in Peru, Chile and Ecuador is a great addition to our super berry blend due to its low glycemic yet nutrient dense capacity, ie,. iron, niacin, calcium, beta-carotene and fiber, and its yummy maple like flavor.
Coconut Palm Sugar: Coconut palm sugar is made from the sweet nectar of the coconut tree flower blossoms, coconut palm sugar is a pure and simple low-glycemic sweetener that provides the energy and mineral rich nutrition your body needs.
