We make our Quinoa Crackers from organic sprouted quinoa, a gluten-free grain and a complete protein, containing almost twice as much fiber as most other grains. Sprouting increases the availability of nutrients and aids in digestion. We blend the nutty flavor of golden flaxseeds and the delicate flavor of sesame seeds with herbs, zucchini, garlic and tamari. Finally, we dehydrate our crackers below 118 F. to produce the best tasting, most unique, flavorful crackers on earth.

Quinoa: Quinoa is gluten free and it is a complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids. Quinoa contains almost twice as much fiber as most other grains. Flax Seeds: Flaxseeds provide one of the highest dietary fiber contents found in any seed or grain (28%). Flaxseed’s fiber contains a good balance between soluble (7 – 10%) and insoluble (16 -19%) dietary fibers. Insoluble fiber slows digestion, reducing the rate of glucose absorption, which helps control blood glucose and insulin levels. 2 tablespoons of flax seeds provide 133% of the daily value of Omega 3 fatty acids. Flax seeds are the number one source of Lignans. Lignans are fiber like compounds that provide anti oxidant protection.
