Coconut and chocolate beautifully combine in this heavenly nut milk chocolate drink.
1 cup shredded coconut or fresh diced coconut
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon <raw honey> or maple syrup
3 cups hot water
Liquefy on high speed in blender. Strain through nut milk bag into pitcher.
Warm gently and serve. (This recipe is also great cold over ice).
