1/2 cup raw cacao butter
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp Lucuma
1 Tbsp Baobab
2 Tbsp or more, sweetener of choice, Lakanto, Coconut Sugar, Agave
Shave the cacao butter into little pieces and melt in a double boiler. You can also place a glass dish into a pot with boiling water, try to keep the heat low.
Now mix all the ingredients with the melted cacao butter.
Pout the mixture into festive Easter chocolate molds and let sit in the freezer for 45 minutes up to 1 hour.
They keep for 2 months in the fridge, or can be frozen.
