GINGER PEAR COMPOTE
Juice
– 2 cups worth of apples and 3 oz. worth of ginger root
ADD
– 4 teaspoons of psyllium powder to the juice – stir well and let sit for 20-30 minutes.
ADD
– 6-8 chopped up, peeled pears.
Place the compote in glass goblets and top with some <dried fruits> or <nuts> for added texture! Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
