Where is my order?
Our orders ship within 24 hours (weekday) of when they are placed. You can view the status of your order in the My Orders section of your account page. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?
Certain merchandise, such as perishable items, cosmetics, intimate and personal care items, digital downloads, gift cards, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $59 ship for free! Orders below $59 will ship for varying rates. US Continental is a flat rate of $9.00. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and the rest of the world, the shipping cost can be estimated on the shopping cart page by entering your zip code.
