CILANTRO PESTO
BLEND
– 2 cups fresh cilantro
– 2/3 cup <walnuts>
– 2/3 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
– 1/5 tsp <sea salt>
– 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
– 1 Tbsp garlic
– 1 Tbsp ginger
– 2 tsp jalapeño
– 1/2 cup olive oil
