The Cereal Protocol:
- Wake up
- Make your way into the kitchen
- Drink a tall glass of water, best lukewarm and with some fresh lemon, this step is totally optional but very recommended 🙂
- Put 5 tbsp of Chia-Coconut Cereal in a mason jar or other container, pour 8 to 10 oz cold or warm nut milk over it, stir and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Make your way into the bathroom for your morning routine
- When you are ready to roll all you have to do is pick up the jar, put in your bag and off you go
- This can be easily eaten at a desk
- Feel free to to top you cereal with your favorite fruits
