BLEND – 2 lemons – large handful sunflower sprouts – 1-2 tbs coconut butter – 6-8 dates – maple syrup to taste – water Blend all of the ingredients to desired thickness, and enjoy!! Both the lemonade powerhouse and the ambrosia are great alkalizing and muscle building drinks!
