Can prescribing a raw food diet send you to jail?
In August of 2017 a Naturopath guilted a woman to stick to just drinking water while breastfeeding her baby with a fever, saying that since she wasn’t 100% raw while pregnant she needed to cleanse her toxins so the baby could get better.

The rationale was to alkalize her milk and get the toxins out of the baby’s body.
She said and I quote “you have to be 100% raw if you want to see your son heal”
She said to not do the other things that other Doctors had said.
Yes there are two sides to this one the arrogance of the practitioner and the other for the mother to listen blindly.
I will go into in a bit about why I and High Vibe have for over 25 years not towed the arrogant Raw Food Doctrine as other sheep have!
High Vibe’s mantra is “as raw you wanna be” making no claims for health and for individuals to decide what feels right for themselves.

High Vibe started with raw food diets to help start the healing process with certain individuals who the stopping eating of certain foods would help them and going on a complete turnaround would help them to recover faster from what they were doing ( all diets help by the way in the beginning due to the fact you’re not doing the same thing that got you sick in the first place so most diets will work for short periods of time)
Now we are more open to other ways than 100% raw for healing and are more open to change.
High Vibe is about Balance eating less of most foods and not being strict about things, obviously Cheetos and super processed foods and bottled juices which are pure sugar aren’t going to be on the High Vibe lists of transition foods!.
Balance is what life calls for us to do in all realms from what we eat to how much we exercise to how much we work and play etc., With compassion to others and ourselves the Number one thing to strive for.
