Dr – Cow is producing delicious raw, vegan and aged cheeses since 2004.

All cheeses are locally produced in Brooklyn, NY.
All Dr – Cow cheeses are:
Raw. This means that they do not process any of the foods they prepare above 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Important nutrients and enzymes begin to break down around 120 degrees Fahrenheit and in support of their existence we choose not to take it that high. None of their ingredients have been high-heat process, chemically, physically refined or filtered.
Vegan. Dairy Free. Egg free. Gluten-Free. Soy-Free. All of their foods are plant based and none come from an animal’s body.
Organic. Non-GMO. Certified Organic is standard for all ingredients entering the Dr – Cow facility. They want to know everything about the food they are making, so they take the extra steps to learn about each ingredient they bring into our kitchen.
